RETURNS:

Seller provides honest descriptions so returns should not be an issue. Returns generally are only allowed for items that were not as described (IE: if a flaw was missed by the seller and went unmentioned in the item description). Items damaged by the postal service will be decided on a case-by-case basis.

NOTE: Changed mind' return requests (after the item/items have already shipped) are not accepted, so please be sure that you truly want the item/items before purchasing.

SHIPPING:

Most orders will ship via USPS Ground Advantage which is usually a 4-to-5-day service. Rarely, some items will ship via FED EX. Seller will add extra insurance on higher dollar items at seller's expense (NOTE: all items up to $100.00 dollars in value and shipped via Ground Advantage are insured automatically by the USPS). Seller is not responsible for items lost by the post office but will of course work with the buyer to locate the package. Please be sure your shipping info is correct and up to date.

Items will be packaged carefully to protect against rough carrier handling. *Store owner has been selling on ebay for 20+ years (17,000+ sales) and knows how to package your item/items properly.

Please allow up to 48 hours for items to be shipped. Most items will ship within 24 hours. Many items will ship the same day payment is received.
